As part of the Collin County Peanut Butter Drive we understand that many of you will dropping off peanut butter at the food bank over the next few weeks. As in prior years, NTFB will gratefully receive this peanut butter and record the pounds received.

In the meantime, if you wish to donate to the Peanut Butter Drive while we count, you may do so by visiting and writing "for the Peanut Butter Drive" in the comment box.

Our final reveal will be held during the last week of October.

"See you there!"

2020 Collin County Peanut Butter Drive

In conjunction with Hunger Action Month (HAM) held every year during the month of September, the Collin County Peanut Butter Drive creates awareness about food insecurity in our community while collecting a shelf-stable, kid-friendly protein for our hungry neighbors.

According to Feeding America, there are more than 38,000 food insecure children in Collin County. The Peanut Butter Drive puts a platform in place for concerned citizens to help.

After a successful campaign last year, the peanut butter drive collected 190,251 pounds of peanut butter. We are thrilled to share that because of the effort last year, peanut butter is now put in weekend backpacks distributed to as many as 11,000 chronically hungry students who might otherwise go hungry.

Please join us this year in our goal to raise over 220,000 pounds of peanut butter!
